LIQUID RHINOPLASTY

Small amounts. Big difference.
No Downtime

Why consider it?

If a profile bump steals the light, the tip looks flat, or the bridge feels low, liquid rhinoplasty uses precise hyaluronic acid (HA) micro-injections to camouflage a dorsal hump, raise the radix (bridge), soften asymmetries, and refine tip definition—all without surgery.

Results are immediate, adjustable, and reversible.

What it can (and can’t) do

Can help:

  • Camouflage a small–moderate dorsal hump (smoother profile)

  • Lift/define the tip (subtle rotation or projection)

  • Raise a low radix for better bridge–forehead transition

  • Straighten minor asymmetries and refine contour lines (front view)

Won’t do:

  • Make the nose smaller (adds tiny, strategic volume)

  • Correct breathing issues or major structural deformities

  • Replace surgical rhinoplasty when large changes are needed

The procedure (precise & quick)

  • Duration: ~20–30 minutes in-office

  • Comfort: topical anaesthetic; ice as needed

  • Technique: high-precision needle placement (and cannula where appropriate) in safe planes along the radix, dorsum, and tip support points; micro-doses to shape, not bulk

  • Finish: immediate mirror check and fine-tuning

Recovery & longevity

  • Downtime: usually 24–48 h of mild swelling or tiny marks

  • Results: immediate, settle over a few days

  • Duration: typically 12–18 months (varies by product, area, metabolism)

  • Reversible: HA can be dissolved with hyaluronidase if needed

Who is a good candidate?

  • Good skin quality and realistic goals (refinement, not reduction)

  • Stable health; no active infection or autoimmune flare

  • Ideal for testing changes before considering surgery

Safety first

Nasal injections require expert anatomy: rare risks include vascular compromise or skin changes. Dr. Veber minimises risk with conservative dosing, vascular-safe planes, aspiration/flow control, and immediate access to hyaluronidase and aftercare protocols.
Not performed during pregnancy/breastfeeding.

Combination planning (case-by-case)

  • Bunny lines Botox® for nose scrunch lines - see page

  • Lip lift - see page

  • Llip filler to balance lower-face proportions if desired - see page

  • Chin profile (filler or lipo) for overall facial harmony - see page

Why Dr. Veber recommends it

When used with restraint and accuracy, tiny volumes can smooth the profile, refine the tip, and balance the nose–face relationship—a polished change that reads as natural, not noticeable
