BREAST MALFORMATION
Your own tissue -
reshaped, symmetry and softness
Breast malformations can affect shape, symmetry, and confidence.
Tuberous breasts (constricted base, herniated areola, vertical deficiency) and chest wall anomalies such as pectus excavatum (sunken chest) often create visible asymmetry and contour irregularities. Breast lipofilling offers a natural, tailored solution.
Why lipofilling (fat transfer)?
Instead of implants, your own purified tissue is used to rebuild volume and correct shape. The result feels soft, living, and supple, integrates with your body, and respects natural proportions—ideal for staged, precise correction of complex anatomy.

How the procedure works
Duration: ~2–3 hours · Anaesthesia: general
-
Gentle harvesting – Targeted liposuction from areas such as the abdomen, hips, or thighs.
-
Purification – The tissue is refined to isolate high-quality grafts.
-
Micro-injection – Fat is placed with fine cannulas in planned layers to reshape the breast base, improve projection, refine the areolar complex, and restore symmetry.
Personalized planning
Each malformation is unique. Dr. Michael Veber adjusts graft volumes, planes, and vectors to your anatomy and goals. In tuberous breasts, he focuses on expanding the constricted base, correcting lower pole deficiency, and softening areolar protrusion. For pectus-related asymmetry, he balances the sternal depression effect with targeted contouring.

Outpatient care
Most cases are ambulatory with same-day discharge. For added comfort or complex corrections, one night may be advised.
Recovery timeline
-
Rest: ~7–10 days
-
Swelling/bruising: improves within 2–3 weeks
-
Sports: resume after 4–6 weeks
-
Final result: around 6 months, once grafts stabilize
Follow-up & staging
A proportion of transferred tissue is naturally reabsorbed. A second session can be planned to fine-tune symmetry or enhance volume, especially in complex tuberous or chest-wall cases.
Results you can expect
-
More symmetrical, shapely breasts with a natural feel
-
Restored volume and improved thoracic harmony (particularly helpful in pectus cases)
-
Refined silhouette thanks to the associated liposuction
-
Results that preserve identity and age naturally with you
Who is a good candidate?
-
Documented breast malformation (tuberous, asymmetry, or chest-wall related imbalance)
-
Stable weight and good general health
-
Preference for autologous, implant-free correction and gradual refinement
Why Dr. Veber recommends this approach
Breast lipofilling is a physiological, advanced technique that unites reconstruction and aesthetics. It enables precise, staged correction with durable, natural outcomes that align with your body.
